About the role

As a Program Manager Telematics at Terberg Special Vehicles, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing the company’s telematics strategy. You will oversee the successful implementation of telematics initiatives and manage the daily operations of the telematics program to deliver customer value and drive innovation. The outcome of the program will enhance operational efficiency, promote data-driven innovation, and contribute to the strategic growth of Terberg Special Vehicles by maximizing the value of telematics solutions.

As programmanager you are co-creating a telematics strategy that drives the global telematics program and ensures consistent progress. The focus in this position is on the effective implementation of strategies that deliver customer value, enhance operational efficiency through structured governance, and promote innovation and growth by leveraging data from connected vehicles.

 

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Lead the global telematics program and report progress to the steering committee.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of telematics strategies.
  • Oversee and manage daily activities within the telematics program.

 

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Preferably in applicable field such as business administration, computer science, or related field).
  • Thorough knowledge of developments in the field.
  • At least several years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technical or telematics environment.
  • Experience with change management and guiding teams through organizational changes is a pre.
  • Strong analytical skills and high accuracy in analyzing, budgeting, and controlling complex matters.
  • Independence in managing work time and making decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and external parties.
